Our licensed therapists are trained in swedish, prenatal, myofascial release (MFR), deep tissue techniques like neuromuscular therapy (NMT), stretching, and enhancements like cupping and muscle scraping (IASTM).

I discovered my passion for massage therapy after years behind a desk and graduated massage school in 2021. After graduation, I joined Massage Envy’s team. With exceptional leadership, I quickly advanced to Lead Therapist and was named the company’s nationwide “Massage Therapist of the Year” in 2023. I currently work at CSB helping students in the clinic, and continue to refine my skills in the treatment room.
My goal is to help my clients feel their best, whether that is pain relief or to just be still.

As a Licensed Massage Therapist, I am passionate about the healing power of touch and its ability to foster relaxation, reduce tension, and enhance overall well-being. I believe in a holistic approach to health and wellness, and I am committed to offering natural, effective treatments that support my clients' physical and mental health. With each session, I tailor my techniques to meet the individual needs of my clients, ensuring a personalized experience that promotes long-term vitality.
