    Tui Na is a massage modality for treating people of all ages. It is based on East Asian medical theory. Tui Na as an Asian medical massage offers unique techniques to increase ROM, treat musculoskeletal disorders, acute and chronic traumatic injuries, and stress. It has been shown to be especially effective for orthopedic conditions and restoring structural integration. Tui Na has been identified with Traditional Chinese Medicine for over 2000 years. This class teaches the basic Tui Na techniques and how to integrate them with other body work therapies or as a stand alone treatment.
